Selection of Key Features in CAMS 2010:
Appointments Calendar/ Diary: The link between your contacts and you call reports. Use the Appointments module to set up and store details of appointments with customers. It allows appointments to be scheduled anytime into the future, and can automatically send out SMS or email reminders, include colleagues in meetings and provide a printed schedule of meetings (or calls) for the next week or other period. One click from an appointment to create a call report header. Accessible by Sales staff and can be included in management reports if required.
Smart phone access to CAMS: CAMS2010 can now be accessed directly from many mobile phones, such as I-Phone and most Android phones. small data uploads mean that even if you don't run mobile broadband and a laptop, you can check your projects and update your calls whenever you have a mobile signal.
Conduct SMS campaigns: Text messaging is the preferred means of contact across many countries. Our world beating Timelytexts™ for Business is now fully integrated into CAMS 2010. As well as keeping track of your appointments and reminders by SMS, you can now select contacts in any of your customers and drop them a text message. This could be a conference reminder or some useful information which could help them with their business, a special offer, or simply a congratulations message. Our SMS system is completely configurable and personalizable whether you are contacting one or a thousand contacts. Every SMS out to contacts automatically contains your users' cell number, so that customers can get right back to them. | Conduct E-mail campaigns: Imagine a system that lets you use the categorization of your CAMS customers. Lets say you want to contact all your "A" class customers, in a particular market category, and in a particular region or country, where that contact is a Tech Director. You can assemble an email - in the form of a letter, blog, news sheet, etc., and then hit a key to circulate that email to the precise audience.
Say you wanted to include a Safety data sheet or some Tech Data Sheets, or even a company brochure. Another couple of clicks adds those documents, and your customers are up to date in an instant.
Both SMS and E-mail campaigns can be recorded, so you always know who has had what contact from your teams.
Email alerts for samples and projects: Keeping the team up to date with samples and projects is now a breeze in CAMS 2010. Its no longer even necessary to log in to CAMS for project status alerts. Simply click a couple of checkboxes and the Salesperson / Account manager, customer service staff and Tech contacts get to know when the status of a project changes. It's even possible to include your key customer contact in the group so that they can see how the project is progressing too.
New tabbed layout for key sections: Instead of long screens for data entry, in CAMS2010 we just click a tab to move to that section for viewing or editing Call reports, Projects and Samples
One click linking to other AES systems: CAMS2010 can link directly to Formula/Recipe management as well as to Vendor/Supplier management. If you have a log-in for either system, one click is all it takes to get into any other 2010 system. And once you are there you can resize windows and run multiple windows if you wish. |
