Project/Product Sample Requests (PSRs) ModuleThis module lets sales staff outline the customers requirements in a format which your technical staff can interpret and which can give an indication of the quantities, types and expected income from a successful sale. Project/Product Sample Status (PSSs) ModuleTechnical staff can interact with this information and respond to the customer with a product or a sample. For each customer return which your technical staff make a PSS record is completed. This informs the sales team of the result of that PSS and records the product or sample provided along with the overheads and costs of providing that product or sample.
