The system is designed to store raw material and vendor /supplier information, improving the supply chain. It can act as a vendor data master for ERP and financial systems

It offers you the opportunity to use individual vendors to supply multiple products from multiple locations, to your sites.

It also allows you to store vendor data and details of their products as well as comparing suppliers of the same or similar products. You can also identify pricing structures between suppliers and between countries.

VMS allows the scheduling and recording of vendor site, company and product audits , which can then be stored and reported on. It is also possible to use the system to compare new products and prices so as to identify new suppliers and to source alternative materials.

Supplier Portal:

We can also provide (if required) a Portal which acts as an interface between your suppliers and the Vendor management System.

Designed to provide specific information from suppliers, the Portal saves time and money by letting customers “self service your information needs.

It can be used as a tool to add any or all of
