Incorporated in 1992 AES provides digital media and digital technology support to businesses and sections of government including education and local authorities. AES runs two divisions which work closely together to provide:

• communications support for sales and marketting activities for clients

• internet and intranet based software applications such as CAMS and VMS

Headquartered in the North East of England we operate on a very cost effective basis for our clients, many of whom come back year after year for a range of services and products

AES - Partners and remote delivery

AES provides support for clients by making use of international partners who supply us with printing , photography or server farming. As you might expect we personally audit all our partners to ensure they meet our high standards for zero defect supply. Whether we use a printer in Guangzhou or Indianapolis, a server farm in Hongkong or British Columbia or provide support from our China Office, our clients are assured of efficient high quality service.

AES - Centrally placed for Global support

One of the benefits of working from the UK is the efficiency of support for global businesses. With the asia pacific rim around 7 - 8 hours ahead of us and the US West coast 8 hours behind, we can easily manage physical communication with both areas at either the start or end of a working day. During the main part of the day systems can be maintained and modified so that when clients start work, any requested development has generally been completed. So a request made at the end of day in the US or AP is usually completed ready for the start of the next day.
