Technical, Lab or Production

If your business needs to provide specific products or samples, or you use a project based approach to having your customer confirm a sale, then additional technical modules can be used with CAMS:

The extra modules are PSRs and PSSs.

Project/Product Sample Requests (PSRs) Module:

This module lets sales staff outline the customers requirements
in a format which your technical staff can interpret and which can give an indication of the quantities, types and expected income from a successful sale.

Project/Product Sample Status (PSSs) Module:

Technical staff can interact with this information and respond to the customer with a product or a sample. For each customer return which your technical staff make a PSS record is completed. This informs the sales team of the result of that PSS and records the product or sample provided along with the overheads and costs of providing that product or sample

Modification to match Technical requirements:

Depending on your business, the Technical modules can be modified specifically for sample production, or direct product provision.

Reporting extensions:

Reporting is built in to allow basic reporting for all the modules in sales and marketing and for the technical modules.
