CAMS is scaleable.

CAMS has been designed to be implemented across multiple offices, whether they be in a single country, a number of countries, or within a divisional structure with sales and technical outlets around the world. Your divisions don't necessarily need to provide identical products, for you to track and compare results at any level. With a system which can be archived, you can look at results from a customer over time or compare sales effectiveness at the person, company or customer level, and CAMS can handle a lot of data. Typically, if you had 10,000 customers, each of whom which you called on monthly and provided them with three product samples, then CAMS would handle between 7 and 10 years of live data before archiving data.

CAMS is Secure.

CAMS has been designed to operate on a secure internet server, and staff can access the system from any location or only from authorised computers. CAMS also has internal security so that staff can be allocated access to various areas of the system, For example so General managers can view pipeline reports, Sales can view their own customer data and tech staff can view what is allocated to their section or lab.

CAMS has Support.

Once you decide to have CAMS implemented for your business, we provide a roll-out programme which includes awareness raising seminars for your business managers and their staff. After the CAMS system is configured for your business, we provide practical training in using the system and set up a training server for staff to test what they have learned. We also provide a help and support desk which assists with user problems and is available to make minor cofiguration changes to the system. There is also the option to have your staff trained to give inhouse support for example in adding users to the system. If you have some of your customer data on legacy systems, then we can help by supporting the transfer of information into the CAMS system.
